Micro Router MOF

This Router has a basic housing made of diecast aluminium and a smooth-gliding POLYCARBONATE coating on the base plate.

1. Practical depth stop with pre-adjustment and fine adjustment of the cutting depth with a precision of 1/10 mm. Also enables plunge milling cutting to be carried out with the motor running.

2. Spindle stopping makes tool change easier.

3. Basic housing and base plate made of diecast aluminium with a POLYCARBONATE coating on the underside for ideal gliding properties.

4. Powerful universal motor with 27,500 rpm.

5. Integrated extraction feature with flexible special hose (300 mm) and adapter for normal vacuum cleaners (we recommend the use of our dust extraction control unit AS/E).

6. Sturdy parallel and circular stop (with centring pin) made of diecast aluminium for precise guidance.

For grooving, rounding off, chamfering, edge-trimming, cutting out, dovetailing different materials such as wood, plastic, acrylic, MDF boards, gypsum plasterboards etc.

Cutters are held in place by the MICROMOT system collet chucks for exact concentricity (one each for 1.0 - 1.5 . 2.0 - 2.4 - 3.0 and 3.2 mm in a practical storage block).

Housing basis and base plate made of diecast aluminium. Upper part of housing made of glass fibre reinforced POLYAMIDE.
