Note:
We purposely supply the DSH/E without a longitudinal fence because working firmly guided workpieces with scroll saws is and remains problematical (the blade moves away from the reference line). We don't think much of holding down devices, either: If the workpiece is held down on the base plate effectively, the operator will have no feeling for feed at all. It's better to push the workpiece forwards from above using both hands to prevent it splitting!

1. Free-swinging saw blade holder for standard saw blades with cross pin. But normal fret saw blades without pin can also be clamped into place safely using a T-screw.

2. Practical quick-clamp lever (ideal mainly for interior cuts that have to be made frequently). The slim saw arm provides a free view even to the rear.

3. Bellows with adjustable air nozzle ensures a free view.

4. 2 parallel swinging saw arms made of diecast aluminium with ball-bearing direct drive .

5. Rotary knob for basic adjustment of saw blade tension.

6. 400 mm extension.

7. Base plate size 360 x 270 mm. Can be tilted for mitre cuts up to 45°.

8. Housing base made of cast steel. For a firm stand and low-noise work without vibration.

9. Powerful special motor with electronic stroke regulation and constant speed even under load.

Extraction channel at the side with muff and adapter for clean dust-free work (we recommend the use of our dust extraction unit AS/E).
